A custom made suit is cut to your measurements and your specification rather than bought off a rack and altered. You choose the fabric, the lining, the buttons, the lapel, the vents, the pockets and the fit, and the suit is then cut and constructed to those choices. Nothing about it is a standard size adjusted afterwards.
Five. First, an appointment and consultation where we discuss style, occasion, budget and fabric. Second, measurement, where our consultant takes your full set of figures. Third, personalisation and crafting, where you finalise fabric, lining, buttons and detailing and your pattern is cut. Fourth, the final fitting, where the suit is adjusted on you. Fifth, delivery, with complimentary alterations available afterwards.
Four to six weeks from consultation to final fitting. Timing varies with fabric availability and how much detailing you have specified. If you have a fixed date, say so at the consultation and we will confirm whether it can be met before you commit.
From $799 for a two piece, with five tiers to $1699 set by the cloth you choose rather than the amount of work involved. Measurement, final fitting, complimentary alterations and delivery are all included. See the tiers on our pricing page.
A full set covering the chest, waist, seat, shoulder, sleeve, back length, trouser rise and inseam, along with posture notes such as a dropped shoulder or a forward stance that a tape alone will not show. Those posture notes are the reason a custom suit hangs differently from an altered off-the-rack one.
Yes. Your measurements and specification stay on file, so a second or third suit can be ordered without another measuring appointment. We only re-measure if your build has changed or you want a different fit.
